How to put Lease Option deals together
Start with an option, with a lease that you and the owner agree with. The option is a separate option. The lease is also a separate lease.
Learn the benefits of being a buyer or a seller with lease option deals. Watch the video to learn how I place these kind of deals together.
In order to implement these techniques you will need proven documents and procedures which you can get at www.jackshearealestate.net/product/
Jack,
I am passing this on to colleagues and friends. Many of them like to think that it can’t be done and the one thing I will say is I think the music was just a little loud.
I did play with all of my adjustments and it is still just a little bit higher or your voice is just a little low :-).
I do appreciate you passing this along and I’ll be more than glad to share with others.
Just so you know, I got a property back went ahead and rebuilt it and am now reselling it to a buyer on an option, and for occupancy the right to occupy is only by means of maintaining and paying for a rental agreement.
There are five different items in the option that they must do to maintain the option and one of the five is to keep the rent payments current as well as the option payments current.
If the option payment stops, it is passively written into the option as a tenant indicator to the owner that they no longer want to uphold or hold any interest in the option for the property. At that point they must buy back the right!
Please if you could for the benefit of all see what you can do with the music and see if you can turn that down just a little bit.
Thanks so much for sharing and please always send me all of your e-mails :-).
Please tell your wife and Daniel hello for me!
